A new 12-week support circle is opening — a space to be seen, felt, and held just as you are.
This is an invitation into presence, authenticity, and shared experience. It’s a place to witness and be witnessed, to create a shared sense of safety where every emotion, sensation, and breath is welcome.
Together, we’ll practice returning to the body — to what is real and alive in the moment — rather than getting lost in the story. There is nothing to fix and no one to change, only the gentle remembering of what is already known within.
Who This Is For
This circle is for those living with chronic illness or navigating ongoing challenges that can feel isolating. It’s for those longing for connection, understanding, and a space where:
There is no judgment or condemnation
Presence replaces fixing
Authenticity replaces performance
The body becomes a guide back home
A place to not feel alone.
A place to be held in presence and truth.
A place to remember who you are.

Emphasis on somatic techniques, breathwork, and guided meditations to foster regulation, connection, and compassion.
Opportunity to continue as a self-led group for as long as you need
small groups to create a greater sense of safety and connection

No Interrupting: Each person has uninterrupted time to speak
Somatic Awareness: Practices that connect body, mind, and spirit are integrated throughout
Confidentiality: What’s shared in the group stays in the group
No Fixing: We listen as present witnesses, not to offer advice or solutions
